Final Answer: Nader ON Florida Ballot

The Florida State Supreme Court ruled 6-1 today in favor of allowing Ralph Nader on the Florida ballot in November as the Reform Party candidate. This follows several back and forth rulings but it does appear that this is the final decision. I suppose it shouldn't come as a surprise that the court would rule on the side of more voter enfranchisement, consistent with their 2000 ruling that there should be a state-wide recount; oh yeah, and also, 'cause Democrats can't catch a break.
